Due to the success of our Songwriters project at Sunderland College in February we’re bringing it back this August! Aimed at students from years 9, 10 and 11 who have a passion for music and might want to have a go at writing and recording their own songs, this 4 day project gives young people a chance to work with professional songwriters and record their songs in a real-life studio. Our February edition resulted in five original songs being written and recorded, you can listen to those tracks here.

Spaces are limited so if you are interested we recommend submitting the sign up form ASAP.

Sessions will run from 10am – 3pm each day on the 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 25th of August at Sunderland College’s state of the art Performing Arts Building (Durham Rd, Sunderland).

Refreshments are provided and travel costs can be subsidised if necessary.
